Origin of Aquaria Tower

Taking advantage of Yokohama’s surrounding water and greenery that is facing the Tokyo Bay, Aquaria Tower was established to promote a lively waterfront atmosphere. Its expanded R&D area accommodates water-based experiments.

Environmentally Conscious

By implementing LED lighting for power efficiency, maximizing natural light and ventilation in shared spaces, fostering greenery onsite and community accessibility, Aquaria Tower achieved the CASBEE Real Estate “S-rank” certification.

OFFICE AREA
The area has Steel Reinforced Concrete (SRC) structure with a basement and 18 above-ground floors. It offers large plots exceeding 1600 square meter, with partitioning options available. Security includes 24/7 manned and mechanical surveillance. Features include 2,650mm ceiling height, 500kg/m2 floor load capacity, and OA floor specifications. Certified as CASBEE real estate S rank for environmental performance. Free access to the 17th-floor lounge, and reservation-based usage of conference rooms (for 10 people) is possible to book here.

Our lab spaces are available not only on the 2nd and 3rd floors of the low-rise curvature building, but also on the 5th floor of the high-rise office building. Each unit may vary slightly in air conditioning, drainage for experiments, and ventilation. Please let us know your requirements, and we will propose the most suitable unit for you. We also offer flexible plot divisions.

Delivery Methods
In addition to the delivery elevator, access openings (both vertical and horizontal dimensions of 2600mm) are also installed. This allows for equipment delivery via scaffold assembly or crane.
